» PROFILE SUMMARY With over two decades of leadership experience in the retail sector, and 13 years experience in the wholesale sector, I currently serve as CEO of Tesselaar Direct. I lead a complex multi-revenue-stream business across major live events, B2C retail and direct to consumer ecommerce. A hands-on, people-focused operator with responsibility for strategic growth, operational structure, retail performance, and organisational culture. Key achievements include implementing long-term business planning, establishing HR and OH&S functions from the ground up, improving team engagement and cross-functional collaboration and developing a customer loyalty program across the business. Prior to my current role, I served as Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) at Frontline Stores Australia, an independent and franchised retail group with in excess of 600 retail stores and 500 wholesale supply partners across regional Australia in diverse retail categories, where I have refined my skills in strategic planning, operational optimisation and business development. Throughout my tenure, I have led the organisation through significant growth, optimising processes and fostering innovation to drive bottom-line results. My ability to navigate complex market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with stakeholders has been instrumental in achieving sustainable success.
