Darren has started and served as a senior executive or on the board of directors for over a dozen companies in the healthcare field, including three long-term care facilities in Texas (i.e. nursing homes), three hospice agencies – two in Texas and one in Oklahoma, a clinical laboratory serving the Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin metro areas, a professional employer organization (PEO) with offices in Texas and Arizona, and various non-profit foundations which includes serving on the board of the National Alliance for Hospice Access (NAHA), a national grass-roots non-profit for the promotion of hospice access.
