As the Director of Cryptocreatives, I lead a platform that supports the patronage of the arts and literature through blockchain technology and creative commons licensing. I have been in this role for over 13 years, and I am a graduate of the Microsoft BizSpark program, which provides access to software, cloud services, and mentoring for startups. My mission is to empower artists and writers to create, share, and monetize their work, while also enabling investors and donors to support their projects and causes. I oversee the development and implementation of two innovative initiatives: +BlknBlu, a digital media platform that showcases diverse and inclusive stories and voices, and +Nexchequer, a microinvestment and microcredit scheme that leverages the CreativeCommons cryptocurrency and smart contracts. Through these initiatives, I aim to foster a vibrant and sustainable creative community that benefits from the social and economic opportunities of blockchain and DecentRealised Ledger Technology
