Tails Management Facility (TMF) Capenhurst - EPCM Project. The construction management and commissioning of a new Nuclear deconversion facility. Responsibilities: Permit to Work System, Emergency Management, Incident Investigation Proactive and preventative monitoring Implementation of company HSE management systems. Develop and continuously improve HSE action plans Develop and implement company risk management processes. Facilitate and deliver HSE training, induction and Jacobs behavioural safety program.
Gas Field Facilities - $650m Project. Construction of 6 Gas Compression Processing Facilities - (14 trains in total) Working on behalf on the Client within an integrated team (Origin/Laing O'Rourke) I was responsible for implementation and deployment of the risk and assurance Program for the delivery of six gas processing facilities working closely with the Principal Contractor Laing O'Rourke. Responsibilities include: - Assurance, audit, risk management improvement. - SHE inspections, audits and observations - incident investigation - HSS support to Project teams and HSS Lead - Risk Management Systems development and implemention - Project HSS Risk Assessment - Constructability/Design/FEED - Chair HSE Meetings
