-Coordinate with construction professionals, the engineering team, and senior management to prepare detailed drawings and specifications. -Assess environmental impact and feasibility for projects. -Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. -Oversee your assigned specific scope of the renovation and new projects. -Produce detailed design drawings and material specs -Apply holistic design approaches that balance functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. -Prepare conceptual, schematic, and presentation drawings, including 3D models and renderings for management approval. -Inspect existing structures and recommend appropriate rehabilitation or renovation methods. -Informed about local and international available construction materials. -Travel domestically and internationally as and when required for sourcing of materials or any other relevant purposes. -Prepare quotations, purchase requests, service orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports for projects and maintenance works. -Check and verify invoices from consultants and contractors ensuring works are performed according to the work schedules and invoices are in accordance with the payment plans and submit them to the Accounts. -Assist engineering managers §ion heads in procuring materials, tools, and other resources for ongoing maintenance and project operations. -Input and verify daily staff attendance & overtime in the system. -Collaborate with engineering managers to maintain accurate & updated records of projects, including technical files, as-built drawings, and supplier/contractor info. -Support & develop standard technical setup plans for events in coordination with other departments to ensure safety and consistency. -Perform any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the head. -Maintain professionalism and uphold positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors. -Adhere strictly to all hotel safety policies and regulations.
- Provide schemes & design planning - Prepare drawings for submission/ deliverables. - Finalizing architectural, interior lay-out & working drawings - Manage/ supervise, monitor site works - Provide daily & weekly accomplishment reports.
-Coordinate with construction professionals, Engineering team and the Senior Management to provide detailed drawings and specifications. - Assess the impact on environment and project feasibility for all the project proposals. - Keep the projects within the financial budgets. - Produce detailed drawings and specification including nature and the quality of the material. - Use holistic approaches in the design projects - Prepare 3 dimensional drawings and models considering environmental and aesthetic aspects. - Inspect existing structures and propose methods of rehabilitation and renovation. -Be aware of material both locally and in the international market
- Prepare drawings for submission/ deliverables. - Assist Senior Architect for all documentation. - Performs other related tasks from time to time.
