I am a passionate Industrial Engineering student at Telkom University with hands-on experience in Project Management, Event Operations, and Administrative & Financial Management, currently exploring opportunities in Project Management and Operations. Through my involvement in academic conferences such as ICOEINS 2026 and various organizational projects, I have gained practical experience in managing end-to-end operations, including coordinating event logistics, handling financial documentation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth execution both online and onsite. I have also worked with systems such as EDAS for paper management, conducted data tracking and reporting, and supported administrative processes such as issuing official documents and managing receipts. In addition, I have contributed to research assistance in Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning & Deep Learning) and supported academic writing processes, which strengthened my analytical thinking and attention to detail. My experience also extends to developing STEM-based learning modules and creating visual design materials, demonstrating my adaptability across both technical and creative domains. Supported by my academic background in Industrial Engineering, particularly in Operational Research and Project Management, I have developed strong skills in problem-solving, process optimization, and structured planning. I am eager to apply these skills to real-world challenges and contribute to impactful and well-executed projects. Let’s connect or reach me at [email protected]

Assistant Lecturer – Dr. Amelia Kurniawati, S.T., M.T. I contributed to the preparation and execution of The 2nd International Conference on Enterprise and Industrial System (ICOEINS) 2026, an IEEE and Scopus-indexed conference, where the supervising lecturer acted as the Chair and main representative from Telkom University. My responsibilities involved administering the EDAS conference system for paper submissions, tracking the progress of the review process (Reviewer 1 & Reviewer 2), and compiling the status of submitted papers (accepted, rejected, or withdrawn). I also conducted similarity checks for accepted manuscripts, ensured compliance with formatting standards, and supported both virtual and on-site conference operations during the event held in Yogyakarta on June 17–18, 2026. In addition, I handled financial-related administrative tasks, including preparing receipts for participants and managing payment documentation. I was also responsible for issuing Letters of Acceptance (LoA) for authors whose papers were accepted.
During my involvement in various projects and organizational activities, I contributed to multiple functional areas including financial administration, research support, event coordination, design, and curriculum development. I was responsible for managing day-to-day financial and administrative operations, including recording project expenses, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports to ensure accurate budget tracking and operational efficiency. In the academic domain, I assisted in research projects related to Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications for telecommunications. My role also included supporting the academic writing process by structuring, formatting, and paraphrasing research papers to meet required scholarly standards. Additionally, I actively participated in organizing major academic and professional events such as SOFTT and AICOMS-Q, where I provided end-to-end support to ensure smooth planning and execution. I also contributed to creative aspects by designing visual materials such as event backdrops, books, posters, and telecommunication model visualizations using Canva. Furthermore, I was involved in developing STEM-based IT learning modules, covering platforms such as ScratchJr, Microbit, and Arduino, aimed at introducing programming and electronics concepts to elementary and middle school students in an engaging and interactive manner.
Managed financial and administrative operations, including expense tracking, documentation management, and reporting to support efficient project execution. Assisted research and academic writing in Artificial Intelligence projects (Machine Learning & Deep Learning), including paper structuring, formatting, and paraphrasing. Supported event coordination, visual design creation, and development of STEM-based IT learning modules using platforms such as ScratchJr, Microbit, and Arduino.
