Reckitt (Sydney) — Business Analyst / IT&D Separation Project May 2025 – Sep 2025 Contributed to the successful delivery of the LER separation program, a complex global initiative to split Reckitt’s portfolio and IT landscape between Reckitt Core (RC) and Essential Home (EH) categories. Partnered with business and global IT&D stakeholders to analyse, separate, and migrate critical sales, commercial, and supply chain applications, ensuring business continuity during and after the divestment. Led the migration and validation of numerous business reports, supporting accurate decision-making across both entities post-separation. Built strong relationships across local and global teams, helping to drive collaboration, resolve blockers quickly, and keep the program on track. Reckitt (Sydney) — IT&D Project Manager | ANZ Separation Program Oct 2025 – Dec 2025 Returned to lead a critical phase of the ANZ separation program, stepping into the Program Manager role for local IT&D and business applications following a successful earlier term on the project. Managed delivery across the ANZ portfolio of business and IT applications, ensuring full operational readiness for separation between Reckitt Core (RC) and Essential Home (EH). Oversaw planning, execution, and risk management for multiple concurrent workstreams, driving progress and maintaining compliance with global program milestones. Engaged with senior business leaders and global IT&D teams to align dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure continuity across commercial, supply chain, and enterprise systems. Recognised for strong delivery ownership and the ability to quickly step up into a leadership role to keep the program on track during a pivotal transition period.
During a career break to travel, I completed six months of regional work with Collins Constructions to qualify for my visa extension in Australia. This role involved hands-on labouring across residential and commercial construction projects, contributing to site preparation, general building support, and maintaining a safe working environment. This experience not only allowed me to achieve my visa extension but also gave me a fresh perspective on resilience, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, physically demanding industry.

I delivered multiple system enhancements from feasibility, through to pre and post go live testing phases. Successfully facilitated changeovers to new versions of CookiePro tools and Google Analytics.
My role with Zenith was within a cross functional project team, supporting the integration of Zenith Technologies’ timesheets, project management and project reporting functionality into Cognizant systems. Supporting the integration team in defining business requirements for changes to existing systems and the design of new processes. Analysing and documenting the functional requirements for the business, the integration team, the testing team, and other stakeholders within Zenith. Collaborating with the integration team as required. Supporting projects from inception through the various stages of the development lifecycle into production and implementation. Recording and reporting on projects on a regular basis, and monitoring progress of projects through the development lifecycle.
