Now pursuing my undergraduate studies at Osaka University on a full MEXT scholarship, I have developed strong abilities in team management, large-scale event coordination, and cross-cultural communication through extensive involvement in academic, organizational, and international programs.
Appointed to lead the Bureau of Talent, Community & Tourism Development under PPI Jepang Berbudaya 2025–2026. Responsible for planning, supervising, and activating national-level programs for talent development, student communities, and cultural tourism initiatives. Collaborate with regional PPI chapters across Japan to create integrated, inclusive, and student-centered programs.
Assist course instructors in preparing lectures, managing course materials, and supporting classroom activities for undergraduate Sociology students. Facilitate group discussions and guide students in understanding sociological theories.

Managed crowd flow, guest assistance, ticketing, and VIP movement for events with 15,000–20,000+ attendees. Coordinated with security, venue supervisors, and stage management to ensure smooth operations. Trained new ushers in communication protocol, service etiquette, and safety procedures.
Strengthened engagement among Indonesian students across Osaka and Nara through community programs. Managed communication with student groups and external partners. Speaker for university webinars in collaboration with PPI Osaka Nara and PPI Kyoto. Led the “PPI Goes to School” education outreach initiative.
Assisted international visitors by providing guidance, cultural information, and responsive visitor support. Facilitated pavilion operations in collaboration with Bank Indonesia Tokyo. Helped maintain positive cultural representation of Indonesia on a global stage.
