Over the years I have taken active part in all areas of software development and delivery. I am a proficient programmer, a solution designer & architect with a portfolio of several large, cloud-based, high-availability, resilient solutions with complex integrations. As an Engineering Manager I have designed, implemented and managed developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, analytics, cybersecurity, and SDLC. I am an advocate of servant leadership philosophy. As a Team Lead and People Manager, my main task is to empower the team to bring the most out of their time, to allow them to focus on what they do best, to ensure they grow both as professionals and as people. This includes embracing the new tool now available to us all - the AI. Supplying skilled people with the best tools available always gives the best results.
