I am a self starter and experienced project manager and agile champion who is tested to deliver projects of various technological platforms and scale.
Led, managed and commissioned a development project of over 20 2 week-sprints as the Project Manager, Business Analyst and Agile Scrum Governance Lead to a team of 20 outsourced vendors over a 15 month project. Maintenance and Product managed an enforcement product thru the use of Kanban to roll out key features to business across 2022 and 2023. Mentored and led 3 team members as a domain lead to oversea areas of project management and domain directions. Served as the local site expert on Agile Implementation matters to provide consultancies to tendering and implementing projects to operationalise Agile Contracting and Governance practices.
Applying Agile SCRUM to a waterfall project, I led and completed as a project manager and business analyst for a government agency across 15 months development cycle. Thereafter I converted the development to Kanban for maintenance.
Introduced to Management and completed a 3 months SCRUM based Agile delivery for the Resort's Event Management System with the delivery team hybrid locally and overseas. During COVID Circuit Breaker period, I led and commissioned a mobile food ordering solution within 4 months from contract procurement to commissioning for the Resort's Malaysian Food Street including display for queue management, counter staff terminals and payment gateway integrations. In addition, I led a team of 5 staff in charge of the resort's Customer Experience, entire Retail and F&B systems in projects and operational maintenance.
Seconded to National Healthcare Group Polyclinics to lead projects and incident management in polyclinic patient based systems.
Project Manager seconded to Ministry Of Manpower leading various development and maintenance projects as well as IT initiatives. Agile Scrum champion for converting waterfall to agile projects.
