In Metrogreen I direct the organisation setup and I am responsible for the commercial development and the Company growth in the Middle East.
In charge of all the business activities among the Middle East area, I am focused on strengthening the strategic position on Dubai market, on opening other offices and diversifying the business, with specific regards to the start-up phase of the subsidiary in Saudi Arabia that I directly operated.
As the head of business development and HR branch responsible, my task was to improve the performance and recover revenues. I have worked on increasing the number of clients, improving internal controlling procedures and strengthening the commercial force with new vendors. The Company has increased its revenues of the 25%.
