Prior to Delta, with 20 years executive leadership of global P&Ls, I accelerated strategic growth in multiple businesses from startup to over $500 million in revenue (EBITDA up to $100 million) in the competitive professional services market. My passion is leading human capital-intensive organizations where building a compelling vision and strategy, attracting and developing exceptional talent, and expanding markets, adjacent service lines, and geographies are the path to sustainable growth. In 2 years completed integration; drove efficiency, profitability, margins, revenue and EBITDA growth. ✔Transformed Navigant’s Construction business followed by 7 years of organic revenue growth with above target gross margins. Diversified geographically onto 4 continents becoming one of the largest operators in the space. ✔Foundation in Big 4 consulting as a Partner at EY.
