I’m Darijan, and I started working at 16, first in hotels, then restaurants, then cocktail bars and nightlife. One day I had the idea to build a social app where you could use only emojis, and after that I don’t think I’ll ever stop. Sometimes people ask me why I do it, and sometimes I ask myself the same thing. Creating things from zero is incredibly hard, messy, and full of uncertainty... but seeing people use something you built, that feeling, for me, that’s everything.
