Darien Jennings is a results-driven operations leader with a strong background in industrial engineering, manufacturing, and operational excellence. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, equipping him with a solid foundation in process optimization, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Darien began his career at Boeing as a member of the inaugural graduating cohort of the Enterprise Industrial Engineering Rotational Program, where he gained valuable experience across multiple industrial engineering disciplines while supporting complex aerospace manufacturing operations. Following the successful completion of the program, he served as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing’s Interiors Responsibility Center in South Carolina, driving process improvements, enhancing production efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In November of 2025, Darien transitioned into the role of Operations Manager at Boeing, building upon his industrial engineering expertise to lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment. He is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing team members, solving complex operational challenges, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. By combining technical engineering knowledge with strong leadership skills, Darien is committed to delivering operational excellence and creating lasting value for both his team and the organization.

Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina Enterprise Industrial Engineering Rotational Program Two year program designed to immerse entry level engineers into the vast array of industrial engineering.
- The first level support for students and staff experiencing technical issues troubleshoot and diagnose devices. - Train new employees on how to troubleshoot and use software. Resulted in a knowledge transfer document and presentation. - Lead projects that increased program productivity and exposure on campus. - Develop a plan to configure and distribute over 2,000 iPad Apple University Program. This allowed students to always have access to the internet.
- Assemble a Multi-Generational plan for road transportation. Document future plans for road transportation sites in the U.S. - Interface with project/program team members, management to plan and execute product development lifecycle. - System engineering lifecycle (Concept definition, design, test, and production) using model-based methods such as DOORs.
- Partner with SME and technology experts to execute systems and industrial engineering statement of work. - Analyze lab reports for similarities and anomalies, document a standard work for each type of experiment. - Created a data visualization of my findings using Excel, Tableau, and Access. Present to leadership and inter board.
