Senior Consultant and Engagement Lead for a top 5 Pharmaceutical Company, projects included: Program Office Global Marketing: led the initiative to identify customer needs and developed the execution plan to deliver and build the COE. For a Global Shared Service Group in a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical Company, Human Health Division, provided, Sigma Coaching (MBB) role including: Responsibilities included the development of multiple business cases, planning and facilitating Kaizen Events and project charters for various project sponsors and project leads including: Global Business Card, Global Governance and Approval Process, Global Economic Affairs Coordination, Lab Ventilation Optimization. Freezer Optimization, Travel CoE, and Lab Ventilation Optimization. - For Energy Trading Commodities Company provided process mapping with process improvement identification, provided project coaching, and ran multiple work-stream project to streamline monthly closing process. Project was delivered on time. within budget, reduced cycle time and provide training for all impacted individuals.
