I care deeply about how work feels day to day. I use data and analytics to guide decisions and partner closely with leadership on people and HR strategy, designing thoughtful, scalable programs across performance, engagement, hiring, onboarding, growth, learning and development, HR tech, and the systems that support teams at every stage. I believe the care we put into our people is reflected in the care they put into their work.
