As part of Google’s SMB AI initiative, I lead the design, development, and activation of AI-powered business operations tools that help strategists deliver deeper customer insights and drive revenue at scale. Most notably, I architected, built, and launched an AI-driven strategy platform that brings together complex performance signals, accelerates strategic analysis, and enables teams to deliver more actionable recommendations for customers. Working closely with cross-functional partners, I identify opportunities to apply AI in ways that improve decision making, drive revenue, streamline workflows, and scale impact across the organization.
