In charge of Engineer and Technicians of Test Division for Power Packages Generate, Review, Approve Documents related to TEST Division such as Program generation, Work instruction, Set-up instruction,OCAP and FMEA Performs test for power package device Analyze any test failure to determine root cause of failures Coordinate with suppliers for process or machine improvement Generate reports to customers on observed test failures or low yield lots.
