Darel Toh is a Senior Scientist at the Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation. With a diverse background in both human nutrition as well as food science and technology, his research goal is to conceptualise and validate dietary solutions for chronic disease prevention and to improve health and well-being in Asia and beyond.

Supported the MILO Technical Competency Unit in process innovation to optimise the drying process of the MILO Line in both the laboratory and pilot plant scales. Supported the MILO New Product Development Unit in product innovation.
Coordinated 8 batches of Basic Military Training (BMT). Conducted enterprise human resource and military knowledge lectures for national service enlistees.
