I believe the greatest hurdle to AI isn’t the technology—it’s the culture. As a financial technology executive with 30 years of experience, I’ve seen that the most successful digital transformations succeed or fail based on human adoption. Today, as I lead the AI Center of Excellence at SAP Taulia, my focus is moving AI out of the "lab" and into the hands of every employee. Bridging the gap between Innovation and daily work, I created and built the AI@Work program to ensure that AI doesn't just exist in our tech stack, but becomes a native part of our operating system. My approach combines operational excellence with a deep focus on change management. I believe in: Shifting Mindsets: Moving teams from fear and anxiety to curiosity and empowerment. Practical Adoption: Building simple "adoption loops" that turn experimentation into a daily habit. Measurable Lift: Driving productivity that shows up in the bottom line, not just in a pilot program. Beyond the technology, my career has always been defined by more than just execution; it's about the people behind the progress. Whether it’s through founding the Taulia LIFT program to support the women in our organization or leading our sustainability journey toward carbon neutrality, I am committed to building cultures where innovation and equity go hand-in-hand. I am currently immersed in the practical realities of integrating AI at scale. I’m passionate about sharing what I learn—the blockers, the breakthroughs, and the blueprint for making AI "normal" at work. If you are navigating the same path or want to discuss the intersection of AI, culture, and operational execution, let’s connect.
Leading Taulia’s transition into "Phase 2" of AI maturity: moving beyond personal productivity to enterprise-grade business transformation and agentic workflows. Strategic Leadership: Established and lead the AI Center of Excellence (COE), serving as the central authority for internal AI strategy, operations, and technical execution. Business Transformation: Driving the shift from informational AI to "Agentic Workflows," focusing on high-ROI automation of complex internal business processes across Finance, HR, and Sales. Governance & Ethics: Chair of the AI Steering Committee, responsible for defining enterprise-wide AI policies, data privacy standards, and "Human-in-the-Loop" frameworks to ensure responsible innovation. Operational Execution: Managing the "Big List" of AI opportunities, prioritizing use cases based on measurable business value, and overseeing the end-to-day delivery of custom AI agents. Culture & Enablement: Scaling a "Builder Culture" by leading the AI Champions Network and deploying advanced training curriculums that empower employees to build their own secure, high-quality AI solutions. Technical Strategy & Resource Management: Managing dedicated technical resources to architect high-impact agentic workflows and ensure foundational data integrity, while defining the standards required to build future workflows securely.
