As a Data Science Manager, I lead a dynamic team of data scientists and engineers who are developing machine learning solutions in order to generate actionable insights that can help to create robust and scalable business results. This includes implementing production-level Propensity to Buy models, Churn models, Next Logical Product Recommenders, employing NLP & LLMs where needed, and conducting advanced statistical analysis. We collaborate across the company with various teams to create enterprise-wide solutions, and ensure that our productionized results adhere to MLOps best practices.
