• Served as a thought partner to the Director of People Operations; Co-developed people operations programs, policies, and initiatives to accommodate hyper- growth from 150 to 900 employees across 3 FEIN's. • Successfully led and supported 10+ company-wide implementations to support a scalable people infrastructure. Migrated from ADP and Paylocity to Workday. • Developed and managed total reward strategy. Managed full benefit lifecycle administration and ensured compliance across all benefits programs including auditing enrollment, payroll deductions, leave administration, reporting, ACA, etc. • Communicated and lead 3 open enrollments for employees across 3 FEIN's; vetted and selected plans, managed open enrollment platforms for employees to elect plans, developed communication campaigns to inform employees, updated the HRIS/Payroll employee selections, and maintained associated systems and integrations.
• Developed and implemented educational resources and programs related to benefits, leave of absences, and day-to-day People Operations.
