About

I’ve always been the person who turns chaos into a plan. Living in multiple countries has taught me agility, ownership and relentless resourcefulness. The work I care about most is where workplace and people meet. When employees thrive, I thrive. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve led multi-site workplace operations, workplace events and employee experience programs in high-growth global tech companies. My background spans office operations, vendor and budget ownership, office launches, workplace systems, service delivery, and the employee-facing programs that make offices feel welcoming, productive, and well run. At Revolut, I supported hypergrowth from 2,000 to 13,000+ employees across 30+ countries. I directly owned end-to-end workplace operations across 5+ global offices, including vendors, workplace systems, office readiness, and service standards, and later moved into a broader role leading global employee experience programs and large-scale workplace events across AMER, EMEA and APAC. Across both scopes, I focused on building the structure behind scale: playbooks, service models, SLAs, dashboards, and cross-functional ways of working that improved consistency and reduced friction. I’m big on scalable mechanisms, like service desks with SLAs, dashboards, and operating rhythms that help teams move fast without losing quality. I’m especially energized by roles where I can combine hands-on workplace ownership and event delivery with continuous improvement. One project I’m especially proud of was helping shape RevLabs at Revolut, rethinking office environments to better support hybrid work through more collaboration-focused spaces, better amenities, and a workplace model that matched how teams actually used the office. I partner best with leaders who set clear priorities, value speed with good judgment, and want someone who can take a messy problem and drive it end-to-end, especially in fast moving SaaS companies where change is constant. Environments that encourage human connection, strong employee experiences and sense of belonging are ones that give me purpose. Outside of work, you’ll find me listening to podcasts, searching for the best coffee in town, and lately taking a debate class to keep sharpening how I communicate with impact.
