My job is to supervise all projects at the company which are Teacher placement program off campus, study abroad, English language teaching program on campus. Teacher placement program consists of Academic quality, teacher quality control, ESL teacher recruitment and sale. Study abroad is mainly focusing on Summer camps in Singapore and Sydney which are sale, marketing and chaperone. English teaching on campus program is the one to recruit students studying at COMPASS center. The center have various English program for pre school kids to Adults. I have started this program since the center set up, so i totally involved in building the English program and recruit native teachers to teach when the center has classes.
