The S&C and Rehabilitation Coordinator supports the physical rehabilitation of injured players and assists with strength and conditioning activities across the group including programming for a select group of athletes. This role works closely with the medical team and High Performance Manager to develop and deliver injury rehabilitation programs, ensure players are safely returned to full training, and provide S&C support during periods of high player load. The position bridges the gap between medical management and physical performance.
Coordinate, Plan & Implement Gym based Rehabilitation & off-legs conditioning in collaboration with the Head of Physiotherapy & the Head of High Performance Manage the console based GPS requirements of the program Manage the set up of training for main group training & rehabilitation as well as GPS set up Coordinate training for non-selected players & rehabilitation during the in-season match schedule Assist with Main squad strength sessions, field sessions & pitch based rehabilitation as needed.
