Cherry Valley, New York, United States
Throughout my career, I have been involved in many historical firsts. I wrote and field-produced segments for financial, news, documentary and talk series at NBC, CNBC, ABC News in NY and Washington. My background as a technical director in Master Control operations is extensive, grounded in tv satellite truck and earth station operations, streaming media from live ENG and EFP units. I served as a key member of a U.S. Army broadcasting network in the Americas and Asia, leading the production of official documentary content as well as live news and entertainment for the premier English-language radio and television stations throughout broad international regions. Our multinational audiences consisted each of more than 1 million local nationals, service members and families. In the private sector, I demonstrated my leadership and technical skills by planning and constructing two groundbreaking digital video production studios for Jumpcut — one of the first video streaming production companies ever created. As director and the Head of Studio Operations, I conceptualized and produced many musical events including Microsoft’s Concert Special, Wynton Marsalis “Live at the Village Vanguard,” an intimate jazz club performance that reached 130 countries. As Senior Producer for Blinking Eye Media—an animation and special effects company, I led productions for clients including Rockstar Games / Grand Theft Auto, NY Fashion Week, and American Express. With a proven track record in documentary series, live news, concerts and events, multistage or satellite, I am calm under pressure and bring a tenacious drive to keep all of my projects and teams focused on the mission, creating the highest quality content. Every senior executive I’ve partnered with can attest to my proven capacity to drive innovation, adapt swiftly to unforeseen challenges, and consistently produce exceptional results.
