I’ve always believed that technology is about transformation. My career began with a fascination for how outdated infrastructures could be reimagined as engines of growth. That curiosity has carried me through nearly two decades of building, scaling, and modernizing platforms across various industries. Today, I serve as CTO at Collectors, where I lead the technical evolution of one of the most iconic names in collectibles. Since joining in 2021, I’ve helped turn legacy systems into an AI- and robotics-enabled ecosystem that powers authentication and logistics. Under my leadership, our engineering team has undergone significant growth and scaling. It’s been a journey of technical innovation, proving that when you empower people with the right tools, anything is possible. Before Collectors, I built Zenauction, the auction platform behind Goldin (later acquired by eBay), helped architect clinical platforms at Flatiron Health (acquired by Roche), and spent a decade at FactSet, modernizing financial infrastructure. Each chapter taught me the same lesson: the most complex problems can be solved when you combine technical rigor with bold imagination. Beyond corporate leadership, I’m passionate about supporting founders. As the Founder of Myth MVP, I partner with early-stage startups to turn ambitious product ideas into scalable reality, whether that means building agile MVPs, designing engineering organizations, or shaping product strategies that fuel rapid growth and high-value exits. I also advise through programs like Fort Light, serve on the Advisory Board at Tessell, and invest with the JumpStart NJ Angel Network, where I get to help shape the next generation of technology ventures. My work has been featured in Bloomberg TV, Cornell Tech, AWS, and UserTesting, but what excites me most is the opportunity to continue learning, sharing, and building alongside others who believe in the power of technology to transform industries and lives. Outside of work, I’m a collector myself of modern basketball cards, survival horror games, and anything Alex Morgan. And yes, I am always prepared for a zombie apocalypse. At the heart of it all, I specialize in scaling high-impact teams, reimagining outdated systems, and driving cultural change through technology. If you’re building something bold, navigating growth, or rethinking legacy infrastructure, I’d love to connect.

At Fort Light, I work directly with rising startup leaders who want to grow rapidly, lead with confidence, and solve real-world problems in real-time. It’s a space where operators learn from one another through candid conversations, live challenges, and shared experiences rather than theory. In this role, I mentor founders, managers, and emerging leaders as they navigate the realities of scaling teams and building products under pressure. I help them strengthen self-leadership, develop clearer decision-making habits, and build high-performing, calm teams in environments that are anything but quiet. My focus is on providing leaders with practical tools they can use immediately: how to handle complexity, communicate with clarity, manage technical and organizational trade-offs, and develop into the kind of leaders people trust. Fort Light is a high-impact leadership coaching program built by operators, for operators. Through curated virtual and in-person cohorts, managers and founders connect with peers across startups, learn from expert coaches, and practice solving the real challenges they face every day. The program helps leaders develop the mindset, skills, and resilience needed to thrive in their work.
Myth MVP evolved naturally from years spent informally helping founders navigate technical decisions, scale their teams, and turn early ideas into real products. I realized how much I valued this work, and how often founders needed an operator-level partner they could trust. Myth MVP is my way of bringing that experience to companies that want to build fast, responsibly, and with clarity. As the Founder, I work directly with early-stage and scaling companies to solve their most critical technical and organizational challenges. My work spans designing and validating MVPs that move quickly without overbuilding, architecting systems that can evolve from prototype to platform, and building engineering teams from the ground up. I regularly advise CEOs and founders on technical strategy, prioritization, and product roadmaps, while providing on-demand CTO-level leadership to de-risk decisions, accelerate execution, and avoid costly technical mistakes. I also support companies through modernization efforts, AI adoption, compliance readiness, and platform transitions. Everything I do is hands-on, collaborative, and anchored in real operating experience. Myth MVP is a boutique operator-led consultancy that helps founders and CEOs turn ambitious ideas into scalable, fundable, high-performing products. We combine startup agility, venture studio creativity, and enterprise-grade technical rigor to help companies build MVPs, modernize systems, and structure engineering organizations for long-term success. Our engagements are selective and high-touch, ensuring each client receives senior execution, clear strategy, and outcomes that compound over time.
At Tessell, I support a team that’s working to rethink how enterprises manage cloud databases fundamentally. Their mission resonates with my experience modernizing legacy platforms and building AI-driven systems, making this advisory role a natural extension of the work I’ve spent years doing across large-scale engineering organizations. In my advisory role, I provide strategic guidance across both technical and organizational dimensions. This includes helping shape architectural direction, evaluating scalability considerations, and ensuring the platform aligns with the real-world needs of enterprise engineering teams. I also advise on product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and leadership decisions that influence the company's growth. My focus is on helping Tessell navigate complex technical tradeoffs while maintaining clarity, speed, and long-term resilience as they build toward category leadership. Tessell is an AI-native, multi-cloud Database-as-a-Service platform designed to simplify and unify the entire lifecycle of transactional and analytical data infrastructure. By combining automation, intelligence, and cloud flexibility, Tessell offers enterprises a modern foundation for managing data at scale. Their goal is to eliminate the operational overhead traditionally associated with databases, enabling organizations to move faster, reduce risk, and build AI-ready systems from day one.
At JumpStart NJ Angel Network, I’m part of a collaborative community of founders, operators, and investors who are committed to supporting early-stage technology companies across New Jersey, the Mid-Atlantic, and beyond. The network aligns closely with my belief that strong companies are built through a combination of capital, mentorship, and real operating experience. My involvement spans both investing and hands-on support. I evaluate early-stage opportunities with a focus on technical feasibility, product strategy, and long-term scalability. I also mentor founders as they navigate decisions around architecture, team structure, roadmap prioritization, and the challenges of moving from idea to execution. In many cases, I help bridge the gap between a promising concept and a trustworthy technical plan, providing founders with clarity and direction during the most uncertain parts of their journey. JumpStart NJ Angel Network is a member-led group of entrepreneurs, executives, and venture capitalists who actively invest in early-stage technology ventures. The network provides not only capital but also access to deep operational expertise across multiple industries. Its mission is to fuel innovation and economic growth in the region by backing promising startups and helping founders build enduring, high-impact companies.
