• Report to General Manager on the status of the production, yard activity and maintenance related issues that impacts the products and production cycle. • Identify and analyze all production processes, cycles, components, by-products, and operational activities impacting the quality of Reinforced Concrete Pipes. • Ensures compliance with international standards (BS, ASTM, DIN), Municipality specifications and customer specifications at each production stage by establishing and monitoring control parameters, tolerances, applicable industry standards, testing methods, and testing frequencies • Generate Technical Submittal of Reinforced Concrete Pipes for customer approval on tendered projects by Sales and Marketing. • Design and implement structured sampling, testing, and inspection programs to ensure product conformity with technical and regulatory requirements. • Supervise laboratory activity by assigning and supervising personnel, applying statistical quality control techniques to monitor variances, and providing continuous training to ensure adherence to specialized standards and best practices. • Establish and maintain controlled laboratory conditions—including cleanliness and temperature—to support reliable testing and analysis. • Monitor the calibration status of all laboratory instruments, maintaining detailed records, tagging equipment with current status, and scheduling timely recalibrations. • Manage a well-organized technical library of specifications, standards, reference materials, and testing procedures, while ensuring obsolete or outdated documents were properly identified and removed. • Reply to customer enquiry and clarification on the Reinforced Concrete Pipe specifications and standards and test certificates of its raw materials
