I help people move, grow, and belong. My work connects climbing, outdoor recreation, leader development, and community-focused nonprofit service. I support student engagement and inclusive recreation in higher education, where I coach student leaders, strengthen club sports and organizations, and help build spaces where everyone feels welcome. I also work in the nonprofit sector, expanding access to recreation, coordinating volunteers, and creating intergenerational community experiences. Rock climbing shapes how I lead and how I engage with people. I care about building trust, teaching movement and skills with patience, and creating safe spaces where individuals feel confident and supported. Whether I am mentoring student leaders, helping someone through their first climb, or coordinating a community ride for Cycling Without Age, I am driven by the same purpose. Bring people together. Create meaningful outdoor experiences. Help communities thrive. I enjoy: • Teaching climbing and outdoor movement • Supporting student leaders and volunteers • Building inclusive programs for all abilities • Strengthening partnerships across campus and community • Helping people feel connected to place and purpose If you work in climbing, outdoor recreation, higher education, or mission-driven nonprofits, I would enjoy connecting and learning from you.
