Currently, I serve as General Manager, Strategic Deals & Transport at DHL Supply Chain Malaysia, where I focus on strategic growth opportunities, transport transformation and investment initiatives that support DHL Supply Chain Malaysia's long-term growth. Led DHL Supply Chain Malaysia's Key Account Management function, driving customer growth, retention and customer experience across strategic accounts. • Transformed the Key Account Management function through a customer segment-focused operating model, improving account coverage across Malaysia. • Led the team to deliver 300%+ Annualized Customer Growth (ACG) against targets through expansion within existing customer accounts. • Improved customer retention performance year-on-year. • Achieved the highest Customer Experience (CXM) score across the region
Led the commercial launch of Ninja Fulfilment business as the first hire for the new business unit. • Built and led the Business Development and Account Management teams to drive the growth of the fulfilment business • Worked with regional and local operation teams to establish fulfilment operating processes, warehouse setup and service capabilities. • Grew the fulfilment portfolio to 50+ shippers within first few months, providing warehousing, pick & pack and value-added services to support customers' e-commerce growth. • Partnered with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end fulfilment and last mile solutions for customers.
