I’ve developed 10+ years of valuable sales experience which spans 3 industries. I’m a performance-driven business development professional with national distribution experience across the healthcare, cannabis, and hemp industries. After a fruitful career in healthcare I launched my cannabis operations in Colorado. Next steps: I opened my hemp business in Atlanta, I breathed it to life, and developed our distribution and wholesale flower pipelines. Our focus at Big D Farms is bulk prerolls and flower. • Expanded Big D Distro with Big D Farms, distributing bulk flower and prerolls. • Hire, train, and manage our regional outside sales team (5+ reps).
• Hire, train, and manage our national outside sales team (15+ reps); overseeing brand representation and product distribution nationwide. • Attended industry trade shows (Champs, TPE, Alt Pro Expo, etc.) and developed drop ship relationships with major brands; focusing on disposables, edibles, beverages, etc.
• Create and develop national distribution relationships for SERVD’s Indacloud (hemp THC) brand. • Work booth for Indacloud at industry trade shows. • Travel approximately 75% of my week to develop national and local relationships.
• Developed relationships with marijuana growers; distributing bulk flower and prerolls to retailers and manufacturers. • Provided logistics and transportation solutions for licensed MIP, OPC, and retail environments. • I simultaneously worked as a grower for an indoor cultivation.
• Assisted in managing indoor cultivation operations, including cloning, transplanting, and nutrient preparation. • Developed, packaged , and distributed Kief infused prerolls. • Liquidated entire inventory each harvest.
