Contact Solutions is the fourth largest hosted voice solutions company in the US and handles over 1 Billion customer self-service transactions annually. With of the acquisition of my patented software technology by Contact Solutions, I subsequently led the company’s initiatives to design and implement innovative enhancements to its cloud-based hosted voice platform. I supervised teams from system architecture, software development and Q&A testing. I also worked directly with sales, marketing and product development for full product roll-out. Developed direct relationships with large B2B clients, top 10 US banks, financial institutions, healthcare providers and retail end-users.
Interactive Digital is the company I founded to develop and commercially deploy the original Adaptive Audio software product. I had a successful exit from Interactive Digital with the acquisition of Adaptive Audio by Contact Solutions. Responsible for strategic planning & initiatives, business development, product innovation and software development. Dealt directly with Top 25 US banks, financial institutions, healthcare providers and public utility companies to market and integrate the Adaptive Audio product into their call centers. Managed the intellectual property and engineering services for the company and handled business and technology partnering functions.
