As an Implementation Consultant (SC) within the EY Team, I see 100% client satisfaction as my focus. My job is to ensure success, so when presented with a situation that compromises customer success, I think outside the box and deliver solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction. I support clients as the point person from EY in driving the overall UKG Pro application launch project. I manage a variety of project types and sizes and carry out the work leveraging my experience in combination with UKG Software training and EY's proven project methodologies. Project tasks include requirements gathering, data discovery, project planning, business process transformation consulting, core UKG Pro HR/Payroll functional configuration, testing/validating, and managing the transition to go-live and the turnover to UKG Software's customer support team. I manage single or multiple projects as needed based on size, type, and complexity. I understand project management techniques and processes for UKG Pro based projects.
