I am a COO and Operations Leader who specialises in turning ambitious vision into scalable reality. With a background in both EdTech and HealthTech, I focus on building the commercial and operational engines that allow SaaS companies to grow rapidly without breaking. Currently, I am scaling Autoscriber from the ground up, overseeing the transition from pilot to practice. My focus here lies in structuring Enterprise Sales, ensuring strict information security (ISO 27001), and optimising the commercial operations required to bring AI-driven documentation to healthcare. Previously, I managed the complex post-merger integration of the operational teams at Springest into Studytube, harmonising processes to ensure a unified commercial strategy. I bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial execution—whether that means closing high-value enterprise deals or implementing rigorous compliance frameworks.
