I’m a Human-Centred Designer and Researcher dedicated to evidence-based approaches in service and program design. Drawing on experience at Algonquin College's Human-Centred Design Lab, I lead and contribute to applied research that bridges the gap between complex systems and the people who navigate them, bringing a thoughtful, analytical, and empathetic lens to every project. My work spans qualitative and quantitative research, data collection and analysis, and cross-functional team coordination. I skilled at managing datasets, maintaining data integrity, and translating research outputs into clear, actionable recommendations. At the core of my practice is a commitment to human-centred design, centring equity, accessibility, and real-world impact in every stage of research and evaluation. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that insights don't just inform decisions, but genuinely shape services and programs that respond to the people they serve. Open to Research Associate, Research Assistant, UX Researcher, UX Designer, and Multimedia Designer roles across public, private, academic, nonprofit, and social-impact sectors.
