I’m a Program Manager in Nordstrom’s Legal Operations team, officially classified as PM1 (Business Track) but operating at Senior Technical Program Manager scope. I specialize in leading enterprise system implementations, automating compliance processes, and translating complex legal and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions. My work bridges Legal Ops with stakeholders across the business - from Legal VPs and compliance teams to Asset Protection, Supply Chain, Privacy, and Finance - ensuring governance and risk programs are integrated at the enterprise level. Looking ahead, I’m focused on AI adoption in Legal as the next frontier: building requirements, shaping use cases, and driving pilots that will future-proof compliance and reporting.
