I am a dedicated leader who is passionate about training, education, and developing teams. Early in life, I thought that I would have a career in music but quickly found that my real love wasn’t in performing but helping others learn and thrive which I have since applied to a variety of jobs and companies. I spend my days now facilitating, designing new training programs and courses, and still finding time for music outside of work. I’m a huge musical theater supporter so I love attending shows and performing when I still have the chance.

• Implemented career development plan and conducted regular reviews for 40+ direct reports in order to increase guest service scores, improve cast/supervisor relationship, and expand overall learning and development of cast • Designed training for new supervisors to increase exposure to various areas, strategically assign trainers and continually monitor results through post-learning evaluation to make further adjustments • Created and implemented innovative and growth-minded recruitment strategies, resulting in a 50% increase in successful hires, during a period of extreme marketplace competition
• Led the largest in-park merchandise location at Walt Disney World, by developing daily sales strategies, coaching cast, and altering product offerings generating, on average, $400,000 per day • Provided performance management for 50+ direct reports including issuing discipline and feedback for behavior and job performance, attending union grievances and conducting and processing terminations • Collaborated on strategic unit per transaction plan to increase sales between multiple locations which includes daily tracking of data and coaching cast resulting in a financial increase of 2.7% in 6 weeks
