Following the acquisition of the Sun Tribe Development team and pipeline by TerraForm Power, a leading owner, operator and producer of renewable energy in North America, I am proud to assume the role of CDO.
With Sun Tribe Development I had the rare privilege of founding and building a company which became a recognized leader in utility scale solar development across the mid-Atlantic and Southeast US, with 800 megawatts completed and a pipeline of more than 4 gigawatts established between 2019 and 2025 prior to our acquisition by TerraForm Power, a Brookfield company, in May 2025.
Named President of Coronal Energy, a utility scale solar and storage IPP backed by a Fortune 200 company with an operating portfolio totaling 350 megawatts and a multi-gigawatt development pipeline in more than twenty states across the US. Led the divestiture of the Coronal development platform to Orsted in May 2019.
Promoted to Chief Operating Officer, tasked with the day-to-day administration and operation of the business, and working closely with the Chairman & CEO to ensure organizational health.
As Chief Commercial Officer of the newly integrated Coronal Energy, powered by Panasonic, was responsible for establishing a multi-channel revenue program including utility scale development, commercial scale development and EPC, project acquisitions, and engineering services for third party customers. Led utility origination team to project awards with Dominion Energy, AEP, Duke Energy, Eversource, and others prior to assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer in September 2017.
Promoted to President of Coronal Development Services ("CDS") in January 2016, a joint venture between HelioSage Energy and Coronal Group. Outcomes included the completion of a 300 MW pipeline and leadership over the full acquisition and integration of the HelioSage platform. Participated as a leader on an organizational design team that established Coronal Energy as an end-to-end IPP. With integration complete, accepted the role of Chief Commercial Officer for the expanded enterprise.
Promoted to Executive Vice President of CDS upon the close of the HelioSage acquisition by Coronal Group. Expanded role from business development to include daily operations and management of the full team.
Joined HelioSage Energy during its founding year, assuming responsibility for finalizing the company business plan, commercializing the service offering, and generating revenue through new business. Worked to grow the business from a start up to a recognized leader in US solar development, with clients including Dominion Resources (NYSE: D), Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK), Georgia Power and Gulf Power (both subsidiaries of Southern Company - NYSE: SO), Pacific Power, Idaho Power, Connecticut Light & Power, and the Tennessee Valley Authority. Led the sale of HelioSage to Coronal Group, and the subsequent establishment of the joint venture, Coronal Development Services.
