My Function in Culivers Eindhoven was to manage the process of getting everything ready for the next production step. Togheter with my team i had to make sure to react fast and make sure that the Orders for that day were always ready and completed at the end of the day. I had to manage my team and production planning in order to make sure that we completed our daily tasks. My Tasks contained: Maintenance, Team Planning and Order Planning, Managing my team, Problem Solving and Administration.
