Mittlerweile verfüge ich ueber 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Automotive Sektor in verschiedenen Bereichen und unterschiedlichsten Situationen des jeweiligen Unternehmens (Projektphase, Restrukturierung, Dienstleisteraufbau, Werksplanung, Werksaufbau, Werksschliessung). Diese Erfahrungen konnte ich in verschiedensten Positionen ( Logistics Manager , Plant Manager , COO, Managing Director) in verschiedenen Ländern ( Slowakei 0,5 Jahre , Russland 3 Jahre, USA 1 Jahr) sammeln und entwickeln.
I am responsible for an aluminum plant with a total workforce of 600 employees and annual revenues of €500 million. The plant covers the entire value chain—from the foundry through the rolling mill (one hot rolling mill and two cold rolling mills) to finishing. Each year, 125,000 tonnes of aluminum leave the facility.
Responsible for the Just-in-Sequence (JIS) seat plant serving customer Daimler in Bremen. With a workforce of 1,250 employees, complete seat sets are produced daily for up to 1,500 vehicles. Full P&L responsibility with annual revenues of €630 million.
As COO of the group, fully responsible for seven plants worldwide (Germany, Mexico, China, and Slovakia) with annual revenues of €160 million. With a workforce of 1,800 employees, plastic components are manufactured and subsequently chrome-plated as a Tier 3 supplier for the automotive industry.
As a Tier 3 supplier in the automotive industry, foam components are manufactured at two locations (Duncan and Gadsden) for leading global seat manufacturers. With a total workforce of 1,100 employees, the two plants generates annual revenues of €160 million. Key end customers include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Tesla.
Full responsible for the TS16949/ISO14001 certified JIT plant Ginsheim Gustavsburg. With 450 people we produce 750 seat sets for the customer Opel in Rüsselsheim.
Full responsible for the QS9000/TS16949/ ISO14001 certified JIT and foam plant in Kaluga (Russia). With 550 people we produce seats for the customer VW, Mitsubishi and Peugeot. Additional we produce foam parts for the customer Daimler, VW and Nissan.
Full responsible for the QS9000/TS16949/ ISO14001 certified JIT plant Ginsheim Gustavsburg (Germany). With 320 people we produce 700 seats for the customer GM.
