Issuing Contract Strategies and collect approvals on several levels. Preparation of bid packages: bidders lists, letters of invitation, instruction to tenderers, general & special terms and conditions, Scope of Work, schedule of reimbursement, various annexes as and when necessary. Issuance of call for tenders (RFQ) both 1 and 2 stage processes. Organize bid opening committees. Review and analyses of bids. Lead bid clarification meetings and negotiating sessions. Preparation of bid evaluations and recommendations to award. Preparation of the final contractual documents: letter of commitment and formal contract. Ensure contract input in SAP.
