As Firm Administrator I am responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel; evaluating and managing the Firm's operating and information systems; overseeing the Firm's finance functions; assisting in the marketing of the Firm's legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the Firm. I am a direct report to the Partners and meet with them on a regular basis, providing reporting and recommendations.

Senior Manager responsible for the overall operation and administration of the FLETC Cheltenham, Maryland facility offering law enforcement officers from over 76 agencies in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area the opportunity to maintain their firearms and vehicle operations skills, as well as broaden and formalize their knowledge and skills associated with contemporary law enforcement responsibilities. Chief of Staff to the Chief, Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service. The Chief, CI is the highest ranking executive in the Division overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire organization of approximately 4,000 employees. In this capacity, I am the Chief's liaison to all senior manager and professional staff level positions that report directly to the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service. I also serve as the Chief's facilitator of daily business among his senior executive team. All facets of investigative, policy, budgetary, operational and administrative considerations and decisions are ultimately supervised by the Chief's office, including all of the organization's Field Offices, the National Criminal Investigation Training Academy, and the foreign posted attaches world wide.
As the Director of the National Criminal Investigation Training Academy (NCITA) for IRS-CI, I was responsible for planning, directing, delivering and evaluating all the Division’s Basic, Advanced, Leadership, International, and Use-of-Force Training Programs for Criminal Investigation employees (special agents and professional staff) nationwide, as well as maintaining Law Enforcement Accreditation. I also served as the Head-of-Office liaison to the Director and Deputy Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and 91 federal law enforcement partners.
