Acting as the operational backbone of the business, supporting both day-to-day operations and the end-to-end coordination of events. Lead the planning and execution of multiple events behind the scenes, from structuring timelines and managing workflows to coordinating partners and suppliers. Responsible for budgeting, tracking financials, and handling client-facing processes including proposals, invoicing, and overall event logistics.
