Created and developed integrated teams across Nelson Bostock Group agencies to service clients across traditional PR as well as digital and social. Built Things With Wings team from the ground up, including the creation of client service and production teams. Grew the business on average +60% year on year with huge growth in FY13. Member of Group Management Board, responsible for setting group strategy for the wider organisation. Led the agency to win its first award in 2012, at the Social Buzz Awards followed by numerous nominations at the EMEA SABRE awards, Golden Hedgehog Awards and the Digi Awards. Agency lead across all major clients including; Toshiba, Universal, Canon and 505 Games.
