Talent Acquisition I manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments simultaneously ā from crafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms to sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. I build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks to ensure continuous talent availability. Executive Search & Headhunting I conducted targeted sourcing and headhunting for niche roles across Tech, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Telecom, and BPO industries. Using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques, I identified and engaged high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Within my first month, I successfully placed a niche role that had been open for an extended period, earning the Top Recruiter of the Quarter recognition.
