Mentorship and Guidance: Providing one-on-one and group mentorship to new employees, helping them acclimate to the organization’s culture, values, and expectations. Technical Support: Assisting colleagues in understanding and utilizing the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) resources available to them, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions on various IS&T platforms, tools, and best practices, tailored to the needs of the new team members. Problem-Solving: Acting as a point of contact for any technical or logistical issues the new hires may encounter, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaboration: Working closely with the NSO team, IS&T department, and other mentors to ensure a cohesive and supportive onboarding experience. Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from new employees regarding their onboarding experience and suggesting improvements to enhance the program for future cohorts.
• Oversaw the operations of the employee representation committee in Switzerland, collaborating with a team of representatives to protect employee interests and resolve workplace issues. • Developed and implemented communication strategies to facilitate constructive dialogue between management and the employee representation, promoting transparency in decision-making. • Initiated projects to enhance working conditions and employee welfare, aligning with Swiss labor regulations and fostering a harmonious workplace.
• Leading a team of 7+ Operations team members; providing guidance, feedback and mentorship to help them develop and keep pace with the fast-changing demands of the business. • Building operations strategy for product launches to provide excellent customer experiences and drives sales goals. • I support and maintain Apple's environmental, health and safety (EHS) protocols to minimize Covid-19 risk and exposure for internal and external customers. • Gathering and summarizing key operational metrics to support leadership decision-making in key areas, which include walk-in product runners, online orders, inventory accuracy, shrink and service inventory. • Monitors and validates allocation and placement of store technology and customer demos to ensure that they meet the Apple Retail brand standards. • Conducts daily audits and inspections of our retail and employee space, participates in monthly walk-through with Market Preservations Manager. • Leads all store preservation events, from major store repairs to maintenance, by keeping close communication with 10+ vendors and ensuring all requested work orders are completed in a timely manner while adhering to Apple standards. • Oversees the Operations team in their supply ordering process to ensure that store's needs are being met within our monthly budgetary guidelines.
