Building and scaling product line to succeed in shared savings/risk contracts

Led all Provider Experience squads from strategy to execution. - Created a product culture focused on outcomes, becoming a partner to leadership and other departments, and introduced discovery best practices — leading to increased product success, trust, and team satisfaction. - Led product strategy to expand Cohere’s capabilities in the inpatient space, resulting in a new go-to-market channel on track to exceed revenue targets. - Built the business case and successfully advocated for the company’s first foray into Generative AI, on track to achieve 20% of company’s total yearly cost savings goal.

Led Klara’s product strategy and execution from Seed (as a secure texting tool) to post-Series B (as an enterprise-ready patient engagement platform) resulting in a successful acquisition by Modernizing Medicine. Company revenues grew +10x five years post-acquisition on the core feature-set built during my tenure. Voted “Best Overall Patient Engagement Platform” in 2020 by MedTech Breakthrough.
Trusted advisor to payers, providers, and government organizations in healthcare strategy & operations, care coordination, population health, and value-based care. Enabled the company to better understand its customers and technological landscape as well as identify sales opportunities by redesigning a databases of organizations and providers to enable discovery. Developed a dynamic dashboard used to track several NYS-defined metrics in order to obtain grants and continue to receive state support. The new dashboard saved 60% of time needed to create the report. Redesigned several HR workflows, such as PTO and expense reimbursement, to eliminate redundant processes by analyzing key bottlenecks and potential technology solutions.
