About

I help organisations succeed where others hesitate; in complex, high-risk, and politically volatile environments. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Raedan Group, I lead a team that delivers bespoke protective intelligence, risk management, and crisis response to clients in oil & gas, diplomatic, NGO, commercial, and UK domestic sectors. Our work spans market entry strategy, crisis response, penetration testing, threat assessment, and due diligence. It is always tailored to the mission, never to a template. For over twenty five years, I’ve worked on the ground in high-risk theatres, with nearly a decade of this in Libya. Always building the operational knowledge and networks that give our clients a decisive advantage. In a sector where many produce reports, we deliver results: enabling safe market entry, safeguarding your people, and helping leaders make confident decisions in uncertain conditions. At Raedan, our guiding principles are simple: Service before product - every solution is tailored to the client’s exact needs. Truth over narrative - we deal in reality, not what’s easy to hear. Mastery of subject - deep understanding, not just data points. Speed with thoughtfulness - fast action without sacrificing rigour. Integrity - we do this work because it matters. We’ve built our own real-time intelligence platform, 'Nexus', to give clients a strategic edge in decision-making. Whether protecting operations in Libya, advising on UK corporate risks, or supporting diplomatic missions, the goal is the same: make the complex comprehensible and the opaque visible. If you need a trusted partner who will prioritise your mission over their metrics, please message me.
