These comprehensive training packages ensured that our students graduated fully licensed and prepared to excel in challenging and dynamic environments. Key Accomplishments • Trained 300+ British and international students in close protection and firearms, consistently meeting the high instructional standards required for domestic and international security roles. • Designed and authored multiple industry-recognised qualifications, including the International BTEC SIA Close Protection course and the City & Guilds Maritime Security Officer (MSO) course. These qualifications remain the industry standard today. • Led the first commercial close protection training mission in Beijing, instructing and certifying 40+ Chinese nationals in close protection and trauma management in preparation for their deployment to Iraq supporting state organisations.

Key Accomplishments • Successful Vessel Protection: Provided expert anti-piracy consultation and operational oversight for the protection of numerous commercial vessels in high-risk regions, resulting in zero successful piracy attempts during my tenure and ensuring the safe passage of millions of dollars’ worth of cargo. • Comprehensive Risk Assessments: Conducted detailed risk assessments for port facilities across various global hotspots, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending tailored security measures that significantly reduced potential threats and enhanced overall port security. • Strategic Security Implementations: Developed and implemented strategic anti-piracy protocols, incorporating the latest industry practices and technologies, which were adopted by multiple shipping companies to safeguard their assets and crews in volatile maritime environments.
