In this capacity, I lead strategic efforts to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace across the division. My responsibilities include steering the board’s agenda, supporting the engagement of D&I ambassadors across Hubs and Business Lines, and ensuring alignment with our long-term diversity goals. I collaborate closely with leadership and local units to promote a culture where all employees feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Energy Automation is a Center of Competence with focus in Substation Automation, Electrical Control Systems and Networks Management. T&D Services has focus in O&M Solutions, remote diagnostic, maintenance strategies. Railway electrification follows Power Control Scada applications, Traction Power Supply Systems and Contact Line for Mass Transit.
