I’ve spent a big part of my life as an athlete, aiming for the Olympics. That mindset stayed with me - performance, discipline, and pushing limits. Over time, I’ve learned that performance alone isn’t enough. What matters is building things that are stable, scalable, and able to adapt. I believe things only change when people decide to make them better. That’s why I founded Strive High, a non-profit supporting socially disadvantaged youth through sport and education. Professionally, I come from project management. I’ve worked across startups and enterprise environments, leading digitalization, product, and technical projects - including large systems like SAP. One thing I’ve learned: technology is only as good as its adoption. Today, I work as COO at Easy8. I still see myself as a builder - working hands-on when needed, or enabling teams to deliver. I focus on connecting people, technology, and execution. AI plays a key role in this. I actively build AI solutions, lead adoption and transformation, and shape strategies around how to use AI in a way that actually brings real value (not leaning towards hype).
